Prospective
bidders should have experienced in undertaking similar project within the last
two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for
bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening
as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary
“PASS/FAIL” criteria. Post-qualification of Bids shall be conducted.
All
particulars relative to eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security,
Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids,
Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent
provision of R.A 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

This capped the nine year journey of our city towards maturity. Today, we can finally say… we have arrived! Together with your Congressman and elected City Officials we strive for a Lapu-Lapu City where socio-economic growth is geared towards total sustainability. A city wherein every ordinary citizen can feel the positive effects of its economic growth. A healthy haven for tourism, business, investment, residence and recreation, with empowered citizens living in a safe, clean and peaceful environment conducive to multi-sectoral interaction, good governance, and sustainable development within its political jurisdiction including its municipal waters. With the continued support of the Oponganon, I believe that we can achieve our dreams and aspirations. Let us take a step together towards the future, let us all move forward as one people.
