Prospective
bidders should have experienced in undertaking similar project within the last
two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for
bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening
as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary
“PASS/FAIL” criteria. Post-qualification of Bids shall be conducted.
All
particulars relative to eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security,
Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids,
Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent
provision of R.A 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

A city wherein every ordinary citizen can feel the positive effects of its economic growth. A healthy haven for tourism, business, investment, residence and recreation, with empowered citizens living in a safe, clean and peaceful environment conducive to multi-sectoral interaction, good governance, and sustainable development within its political jurisdiction including its municipal waters. With the continued support of the Oponganon, I believe that we can achieve our dreams and aspirations. Let us take a step together towards the future, let us all move forward as one people.
